All products sold on Braveranz.shop are digital assets. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final. Once a download link has been issued or the digital content has been accessed, we do not offer returns or general refunds.

2. Technical Assistance & Support

We stand behind the quality of our digital blueprints. If you encounter any of the following issues with your purchase, our team is here to help:

  • Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is unreadable or damaged.

  • Delivery Errors: If you do not receive your digital access link within 24 hours of a successful payment.

  • Access Issues: If you are unable to open the provided format on your device.

For support, please contact Ashish at support@braveranz.shop within 7 days of your purchase. We will verify your transaction and ensure you receive the correct, functional digital files immediately.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the rare event that you are accidentally charged twice for the same digital product, please reach out to us with your order numbers. After verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
